As we all know, War Thunder is a realistic game—or is it? In reality, the M60A1 AOS and subsequent variants used the M392A2 round; although it was a British shell, it was actively procured by the US Army. Yet, in our game, the M60A1 AOS lacks this round—even though the standard M60 has it. It is a proven fact that the M60A1 AOS possessed and utilized this round as its primary ammunition, but once again, it is missing from the game. But this shell is weaker in 60° degree, but M392A2 is still good analog of M728

I don’t know about this ammunution in particular, but if it’s better the tank itself might go up, which results in effectively no changes, and AI isn’t a source

No, M728 is way worse. You can see difference between classic M60 shell and M60A1 AOS shell
I looked into it and M728 is just better, yes pen at 0° 0m is worse, but at 60° (most shots) M728 would be better, you could make it into a suggestion though for flat targets

728 is far better, may look worse on paper but its performs better against angled armor by a significant margin

Ok, but it’s still inferior in use compared to 728. Only looks better stat wise. The AOS would be nerfed if it got m392a2 as that would make the 728 a modification
