as for this, it was already decided to go for Germany; check the datamines and, realistically speaking, it was modified for canada with no connection to britain except, historical connections that happened some time ago
probably would be 11.3 or something its kinda weird since it has DM53 but it also has the armor of the 2PL or more since it has side armor so its gonna be hard to balance it out

You can see how it’s simply a thin layer of steel (or maybe NERA) meant to act as spaced armour.

Make it independent then. UK doesn’t deserve Canada, nor can they even get Canada since they already have a sub-tree.
Realistically though, it’s going to Germany. It’s obvious as hell by this point, but really if you gonna keep on claiming 2A4M CAN based on historical ties the country has to UK then well, you won’t mind Vicker Mk.7 also being added to Germany based on the fact 50% of it is German, right? There’s obvious technological ties, so via that logic Germany has as much claim to it as UK…
If 2A4M CAN ends up at any BR higher than 10.7 then it’s honestly DOA. It’a 62.5 tonne MBT with none of the armour to back it up… something something made to fight people without any actual anti-tank weapons (so basically anything more potent than a PG-7).
