Ok and that’s why they got the ZSU. Germany needs the ZSU to save rank V as alot of vehicles in that rank are not that effective

It didn’t do jack so gaijin made the Veak the worst 7.7 SPAA and added the worst 5.3 SPAA (basically the luchs, it’s a LT forced into a SPAA role.) lol.
Again I’d rather actual SPAA that’s competitive rather than a glorified TD first for the SPAA gap.
As for tanks I’d also rather actual tanks over an SPAA that plays as a TD, the ZSU should be added but the main gaps should be filled with actual equipment rather than side fluff like the ZSU
But there is nothing else for Germany and East germany? All that’s left is the ZSU and Shilka. And even more of a problem is Germany doesn’t have a radar SPAA at that br unlike USA, Russia, Japan, Sweden, Israel. Adding a ZSU does no harm except hurt the people that hate copy paste when this is a case where copy paste is used to save a br for a nation. It’s not going to completely fix it but it will help. I don’t even know how Wiesel 1A2 and Luchs (which is designated as a light tank) are even supposed to fill the same SPAA role compared to similar vehicles like M163, all the ZSU, and the likes.
I’m not even saying no to the ZSU, I’m just saying I’d rather gaijin add vehicles that are better suited for the role of tank and SPAA before they do their patented solution of adding one tank and calling it a job well done.
Also with Swiss ground Germany can get a Radar SPAA for around 7.7
This is a good fix, but look at it from Gaijin’s perspective. Would they rather add a new swiss subnation or ground vehicle and design a totally new SPAA or just copy paste the ZSU and put it in the already existing east germany tt. The ZSU takes less effort and can come more quickly to fix this issue. And plus Gaijin said they’re moving away from old tech and focusing on more modern vehicles. Hence why Germany got PZH2000 recently.
Oh I know exactly what gaijin would do because they did it to Finland and plenty of others, why actually add gap fillers when you can just add random C&P and ignore any unique versions of it.
I’m just saying that me personally I’d rather see gaps be filled with vehicles that aren’t multi role types that aren’t necessarily good at multi role.

I would rather see the Coelian back… They really need to implement something that makes easier to grind copy-paste vehichles. Maybe if you unlock it in one tree you unlock it, or get 50% to it in all other techtrees.
The real reason is because people get pissy about East German vehicles being added because “it’s copy paste” or “doesn’t fill a gap” but are completely ok with other copy paste being added.
idk where some of you got the idea that ZSU-57-2 have proxy, only WZ305 does and thats the Chinese one cause they developed it themself as they used it until 2010s. And that one is at 8.0. So if the ZSU ever comes,it will be same as the Soviet one and sitting at 7.0. Also 7.0 SPAA the Coelian is superior to it.
