Why does the T90M get its APU removed but other vehicles keep it?

The Gepart has it’s APU modelled next to the driver. Why does that not get taken out?

No vehicles have APUs as functional in-game.
The Gepard’s “APU” isn’t an APU in-game currently, it’s also not a tank but a SPAA system.

Those APU aren’t working like APUs at all anyways.
