Why does the ah64d only have gen 2 thermals

The American and japan ah64d only has gen 2 thermals while the uk, israel, and premium Netherlands has gen 3+ thermals

This is really annoying and it kinda pisses me off,
Please let me know what everyone thinks about this

Yep, every single of them has Gen 2 thermals, and Gen 3+ NVD.
