Why does Japan have a whole 7.3 lineup but no one else does?

I’ve noticed that with my new lineup I get constant uptiers, up to 8.0 for the majority of the matches.
Since the big 3 nations have the most players, and they don’t have lineups (or very short or bad) at 7.3 I’ll gravitate to the 8.0 bracket. Making my Ho-Ri Production completely useless (witch is of the reasons why I started to grind Japan).

Or even a better question would be, why is the Ho-Ri Prod. at 7.3?
Id say that if the KT can be at 6.7, the Ho-Ri should also be at 6.7, no?

U already have the Ho-Ri prototype at 6.7. U can’t use uptiers as an excuse for a vehicles be to be changed, both Ho-Ri’s are pretty strong

US has a great 7.3. The problem is that 8.7 eats 7.7 so badly that no one wants to play 7.7. All the 8.0s went to 8.3 not too long ago so few play 8.0.

The Ho-ri prod is the single best fixed arc tank destroyer and one of the strongest vehicles for its br in the entire game. If you can’t do well with it, its on you.
