germany, france, sweden and israel dont have a tier 7 tank that you can buy with golden eagles, while the rest have one and russia having 2. why is that?

You can only buy a few vehicles with Golden Eagles, most are available in packs, and only afterwards can you buy Golden Eagles in-game
There’s no absolute logic to it, but if you want a Tier 7 German tank, you’ll have to wait for the pack discounts
