Why do all nations except the US have missiles that lock onto aircraft in aaa even though they use chafs and flares?Every time I use an aircraft I can throw as many as I want and I will be hit, unless I escape by doing the correct maneuvers while with other aircraft I can throw 10 misses and if I throw a flare the missile will miss.

Cause we relied a lot on CWIS? Like my guy, by the time we have convoys coming in your direction, your air force would be gone. That’s why we didn’t develop SPAA or missile platforms as much later on. Also, Gaijin just hasn’t added any of them.

In that case, it has the same top tier SAM as Britain and is actually less affected by flares and chaff than most. Though the missiles are god-aweful. Only the Pantsir is unaffected
Israel and Italy lack any kind of top tier SAM
US has Stingers, that are mostly flare proof, and also has MIM72, that is not flare proof at all.

The only missile US spaa have that go for flares are the MIM72.
Stingers are very hard to flare and the rest are manually guided.
