Never understood why only the LMUR’s get an attack path, while pars, AGM-179 all get a direct path, even though in real life they are known to have a top attack path with a lot of loft, I don’t want to be that guy but this MAY be another undocumented case of Russian bias but I cant tell.
“direct path” lmao. If they took a “direct path” as you say, they would almost never hit targets. Before speaking on a topic, do your research, including on in-game implementation.
But if you use laser versions of those 179’s they got a lot more lofted attack , least they got when that apache came out.
Havent tested it in a while.
PARS 3 and Hellfire lofting profiles had been reported to Gaijin years before the LMUR was added, but only the LMUR has a good lofting/top-attack profile so yeah, it honestly would seem to be the the genuine answer lmao.
for the purposes of explanation, his words were correct.it is you who misunderstood.
all AGMs like JAGM, PARS etc, have a more or less direct attack angle near the target. doesnt matter if they loft in initial flight phase or not.
It’s not really undocumented tho. There’s a ton of partially years old bug reports with all sorts of sources that put any information about the LMUR to shame. But so far nothing has changed and no explanation has been given whatsoever
Its for simplification purpose, and from your reply, you understood exactly what I was implying, which means i’ve explained it properly, nothing to be changed from my side.
Dont know about pars but on the jagms your very wrong, they loft alot or as u call (attack path) but i do want to add that they dont loft as much as they should but it’s good enough for me, and this is coming from someone who has more than 1000 kills in the ah64e
I mean no one really cares about the proxy fuse, its pretty useless for all I know unless you’re trying to snipe other heli’s, the attack path is what im more intrested in
Doesnt really matter, ive shot down so many helis and even planes with them, belive it or not it is possible to sjoot down slower planes or even su30s and su34s doing cas.
