Why do my graphics look like all the color is washed out?

my graphics always look washed out no matter what I put for PostFX so I have to resort to using Nvidia filters which I dislike doing anyone know why this is or how to fix it seen some post on reddit saying its HDR but I don’t have HDR I play on a GTX 1650 for having to use Nvidia makes my fps jumps a little worse

It looks fine and normal in the bottom picture in the first message and very oversaturated in your second post, maybe its something to do with your monitor instead?
