Yeah so just don’t play tanks, just play spaa.
From what I understand, before this update it would’ve been impossible, but now you can just play spaa and since spaa doesn’t really need crew levels it would be fine playing those stock.
TBH I don’t even want to play tanks all that much as I know almost nothing about them, mostly spaa and cas
I get a light scout tank as the freebie pretty often… I think it’s 11.7 primarily that does it. If you can manage to scout other tanks with it and your friend kills it while its marked you will have a shot at spawning your free kill CAS machine.

According to your original post it looks like you are only 4 tanks from 20?
Just do the last 4.
And you won’t be getting many likes going into a top-tier ground battle just hoping your “free” tanks will carry you until you earn enough sp to spawn your jet.
Don’t be lazy - grind some skills and kills.

Idm too much, idc about tanks at all, I just like spaa (super cool) and planes (which is why it’s the only thing I’ve played for more than a decade atp)
Only other tank experience is from world of tanks that I played when I was around 7 years old and got to rank 5
ur gonna have to get comftorable trying to get enough sp to spawn in a sm2 then
Then you can just spawn pantsir which for me is probably more than good enough
You have 2 choices basically, kill those last 4 vehicles you need in low tier have a miserable time trying to get enough points in a bt5 to do anything
Just buy a premium.
Personally i would say don’t do it, you will have a horrible time just relying on free tanks.
Because
1)you won’t research anything in any form of efficient manner.
2) you will die a lot not having done anything

Even without actual proper tanks good luck getting a single tank tree to the end. His point is still mostly valid. I certainly play quite a bit more planes than tanks and I recently finished getting every country to 9.0, but I only have one country to 11.7 tanks and the other two are 7.7 and 6.7.

Yeah, ground is a really nice change of pace after basically only playing air since I’ve started. Granted, i have done some stupid things like buying top tier premiums and thinking that it would go fine like air (it didn’t) but I’ve learned from my mistakes and taken it down notch by deciding to play some more low tier to get a hang of things. (Still trash at ground tho)

yeah, I KNOW fs that I am abysmal dogwater at ground, but its just a nice change of pace after playing air only for 2000 hours

i just think its dumb if I have 2k hours in the game already just in other modes. I just wanna hop in and play immediately.
