And yeah when i go playing GRB i wanna enjoy tanks but these days forced me to spawn fighter fast as possible otherwise i’ll gonna get bomb
It GRB we’re talking about but i spend times on ground around the match it about two minutes the rest is in the air shooting down garbage because game leave me no choice tell me it’s seem right to you?
And if Gajin listens to CAS haters, then Warthunder will start to fall into worse and worse places as players will advocate for the stupidest things, like they do right now.
TO mode is impossible it well know to anyone but what most people ask is more balance between air and ground in GRB what currently happen it cluster F point to spawn CAS it’s too easy
and to survive high tier GRB you need to not play tanks at all like i did try jump straight to fighter fast as possible which even i know that this isn’t right and game don’t even give me any choice.
A bad faith argument would be saying that clicking the plane to spawn in gives you the kill. Me saying they have to press spacebar after looking at the ground with thermals is more like what happens.

light tanks are ruling in the mid BRs right now. Get to ambush position easily, and have no problem taking out heavies - even from the front for some HEAT rounds
Right now SPAA are at huge disadvantage anyway. Planes don’t make nearly enough sound in GRB. Half the time I don’t hear them until they are strafing me at 500-1000m. “Realistically” we should be able to hear and locate them BY SOUND ALONE at much greater ranges than that. Right now, CAS are the silent assassins from above that you only detect when they are pummeling you.
Ground que times are often so short, doubling - or even tripling - will have negligible effect. Only those with ADHD would have issues waiting for a proper battle.
I half wonder if this was caused by the relatively recent fix for the open-canopy exploit (people opened canopies to get unrealistic situational awareness thru sounds in very fast planes). Now, in canopy you can barely hear anything but your engine and like… if you’re within 100m of the enemy. Open canopy it’s just wind.
I wouldn’t be at all surprised if that change can be credited with this given how fixes to 1 mode can cause another mode to break.
Full disclosure, I am a CAS enjoyer, a tanks only mode in my opinion is really dumb and would certainly harm wait times, and ultimately not be worth it due to how bad camping and sniping from fucky spots would get.
That said, I’d have no issues having to take off from the runway.
If TO is dumb to you, then all standalone modes (like ARB) should be dumb as well.
Even if our wait times quadruple I think it’s more than worth it, especially if you consider queue times are close to non-existent at the moment.
You don’t need CAS to counter campers and snipers, as there are no magical spots on the map that let you shoot with impunity.
If they are indeed broken spots then why ain’t some of these CAS mains use it? then get 8 kills no death, and then I see pretty much all of them that complains about camping has 0.x KDR in all the vehicles they played lol where is this broken spots
100% wrong. Digging enemies out of entrenched positions at lower BR is almost impossible without using cas to get other players off strong angles. Lower tier tanks without stabs, the tank “camping” has a massive advantage which often cannot be overcome without CAS support.
Its not about positions of the map which there 100% are some. You often DO NOT HAVE A CHOICE, other than to push certain directions to decap points SO YOU DONT LOSE. I really find it hard to “debate” with people this intellectually dishonest. Most honest players understand this basic concept, no point arguing with people who deny reality.
As I said, you’re welcomed to show them to everyone.
It seems like enemies are dominating your team, being in charge of important cap(s) and having enough map control to funnel your team towards ambushes. At that point they should have the upper hand.
You’re the one that’s not understanding the basic concept of risk vs reward.
Enemies took big risks to clear out and capture caps, so they should be rewarded with something in return.
