I am just curious on why it lost the smokeless motor on the min72g.
Its a bug. It has been known for like 9 months now. No word on when/if it will get fixed.
Same with the US chaparral.

The usa model didn’t get the min72g sadly thats why its a lower br the the israeli one but they are both extremely sad though.
Yes, it uses a different missile. However, it should also be smokeless. Both of the smokeless motor MIM72s have the bug.
Funny how they got moved down in br due to this bug.

Sorry didnt mean to confuse you they didn’t get moved down or any the missile are just bugged but when they were added to the game the us one was 9.3 and the israeli 10.0 and they are still the same br but the israeli had smokeless motor missiles and a different seeker head with irccm.
US chaparral was moved to 9.0 last br change. Its MIM72E is supoosed to be smokeless too.
I thought the Israeli one also dropped but i guess not.

Thats crazy israel is really the forgotten nation for changes
They will never admit it, but when CAS players started crying because an invisible IR AAM hit them, they intentionally changed the motor to produce smoke
Yeah bc its always the spaa thats to op and not the plane(crys in 5km of range)
If you visit forum regularly last year,you might notice that there was a group of players crying about invisible missile every week.And apparently gaijin care them more than israel/US players.
Just like roland mistral and starstreak, chaparral is just another victim of Gaijin’s “balance trick”

And they were bugs relating to missiles not rendering, and not SPAA having smokeless missiles.
Plus smokeless missiles already exist on many high tier planes.

Nope,last year when strela was still extremely OP in 9.3,there was user complaining about chaparral’s smokeless motor and thinks MIM-72G with smokeless motor is way much better than strela with contrast seeker,After been opposed by other players he deleted replies.The same person also keeps trying to remove smokeless motor from AIM-9M and pushed gaijin to nerf starstreak from helicopter
