i made 2 tickets about ghost bomms in air rb and 1 about my bom serier reseeting everytime i log in to the game or just at random but the combeind the tickets like why ?


So, let me get this straight. You wrote to support about your issue, they asked you to include a replay, you didn’t do it and now the support is… stupid?
I don’t know what to say, really. Only thing I can say is that you can find the replays of all your battles here: Gaijin Entertainment - Single Sign On
You just have to search for your name and look for the battle where this issue happened.
No money or time has been put into the support system. They don’t care in the slightest

Opening a support ticket is not the appropriate or correct place to report bugs. You need to use the dedicated bug reporting site for that. You should also do a search on the issues/bug report site first to see if there is already an existing report. Making duplicate reports just clogs the system and makes everything take longer to get fixed.
