I’ve gotten a lot of downtiers always until now. This past ~2 months I’ve been getting a full downtier every 30-40 matches and small downtiers every 10-15 matches. This doesn’t happen in air realistic at all I get a lot of downtiers in it. This happens only in ground realistic. I have around 2k hrs on WT and I’m barely positiveor negative in my tanks. Does anyone have any idea why this is happening?

Wrong server choice
Wrong daytime
…usually mix off all 4.
In other words:
If you play below a highly popular BR with many premium vehicles on a populated server during peak times it is logical that you get sucked up in an infinite loop of (full) uptiers.
It’s the same with bad weather in infinite loops - try to switch to other servers and see what happens…

All BR are not equal in the amount of uptiers and downtiers they see. Nor does the MM care how many you have gotten, this is due to certain BRs within a bracket being much more popular than others, usually caused by premiums.
Lower is worse, areas on the graph with continous positive values have a healthy MM where players are mostly equally playing brs next to each other and the MM isnt putting together +/-1 max matches, when you see big swings the MM is filled with players at a certain BR (premium spam) and its negatively affecting less populated BRs next to it.
For instance 10.3 and 10.7 grb is only a .3 jump but because of what I wrote above 11.7/3 premiums drag them up hard and are out of reach of 10.3 which makes this .3 br increase much more significant. There isnt many 9.7 or 10.0 premiums to drag them down either, or is there even any at all?
And also remember games arent full uptiers or full downtiers there is 4 possibilities in a worst case +1/-1 match? Not 2.

It all depends on your BR and time of day. If you want full downtiers constantly, you just gotta play lower tier Germany. German tanks have awkward BRs where most of the time, they don’t get full uptiers because their ratings are so awkward, but other nations fit into it.
Example: America and Britain have lineups at 4.7, but Germany doesn’t really have a popular bracket at 3.7, instead Germany has a popular bracket at 5.7 (Tiger). Therefore the Brits and US will mainly be brought up to 5.7 constantly to fight Tigers.
Another example: Brits and Americans have another lineup at 6.7, so you would think they would be fighting a bunch of 5.7s, right? Sort of, they will be mainly fighting 6.0 is they put into a downtier. Why? Because 6.0 Germany has plenty of options: Panthers, Tigers, and the German pack of 6.0 vehicles. However, the best seal clubbers have a line up at 7.7 which involves PZH 2000, Maus, and various meta tanks that are only at 7.7 because German players somehow are bad at using meta vehicles and some people exploit the game by purposely j-ing out to keep stats low so then the game will keep their OP tanks at a lower BR. So while you will get a partial downtier at 6.7 Britain, you will more constantly be fighting 7.7 Germany.
Thanks for the comments! This happens in almost every br (4.3, 6.7, 7.7, 8.3, 9.3, 10.3, 10.7, 11.3, 11.7, 12.0.) I’ve tried all servers and every time of the day pretty much. Nothing helps I still get constantly full uptiered. (I’ve also tried in multiple nations.) Contact FrostyPixl on Discord if this post gets locked.
As we all said, it all depends on nation and BR. Know thy enemy if you will. It’s dreadful that you have to do so much just to not get uptiers all the time.
