Why bug report fixing takes so much time to Implement?

Why bug report fixing takes so much time to Implement?, simple bug reports that are very easy to fix or just technical or modifications or even in interfaces takes alot of time to be actually fixed.

Long confirmation process, no motivation for moving fast from gaijins side unless it is very major, lack of moderators (allegedly), high amount of bug reports

I thought gaijin are a multi million dollar company and this things arent a problem?

there is no correlation between a company’s estimated value to it’s quality in many aspects.
Just like suggestions, many many bug reports get submitted daily, combined with the fact that the bug report moderators are also the forum mods, and Gaijin doesn’t have any real reason to put effort into minor bugs, if i remember correctly their QOL team is very small and generally focused on the upcoming updates

Yup, as far as i see, there is two bug report moderators, and that is an obstacle, they really need to hire more, or make a dedicated 5+ moderators for it.

also i searched how much gaijin makes annually here search answer:
In 2025, Gaijin’s local Hungarian main operating branch (Gaijin Games Kft.) reported a net revenue of 121,157,536 EUR (which converts to roughly $130 million to $133 million USD depending on fluctuating exchange rates).

all that and they dont want to fix minor bugs and QOL… ( or just does not prioritize it )

Nope. The numbers aren’t specific people, it’s just numbered of the first/second/third to respond to that specific report.

There are a lot more than 5.

exactly what i wanted to read, thanks for your work all.

you shouldn’t have a real life, you should moderate full time 24/7, for free

On top of that, a lot of “bugs” (historical issues) aren’t something to be “fixed” but are just sent as suggestions because it’s up to the developers if they want to implement something or not as many things may or may not be up to balance or be to complex to add for just one vehicle for example.

so cute i wanna sleep with him.

If i had to guess i also assume you have to filter through so much Human and AI slop, stuff like “My tiger got pwenned by sheymen, this is unacceptable, fix game!”

Historically accurate… Or is it? hello visauce here.

If anything, being that large induces inertial problems that small companies don’t have.

Like the examples @TKWG1 provided above

Not as much as you would think actually. Most people that write actually know that we handle in-game chat and name bans, but i do get the “why doesn’t [x] vehicle have [y]” or “Tell the developers to add this vehicle” or “Free GE please” messages every once in a while.

What’s funnier are all the " I’ve never said anything wrong in the chat!! " and when checking they have the most egregious history and more reports against them in the past week alone than i have finger and toes to count. Always funny to roll out the parchment of chatlogs in those cases :)

I even recently had a player that was very confused as to why they got banned for teamkilling because, and i’m not even joking, " I have made very sure to only teamkill enough so that the automatic system don’t ban me so why did i get banned? " … LOL .

Pardon my disbelief regarding this explanation when it takes what, 4 years for the mods to review merkavas armor?
