Isn’t the BM Oplot based on T-80UD? like the composite armor should offer protection almost the same as T-80UD? and The Side E.R.A isn’t suppose to go all the way back?(not that far but you get the idea) like almost cover engine section of the tank??
i feel like this is intentional from Gaijin try not to make the Oplot protection absolute under performing when comparing to Russian MBT Counterpart
Don’t get me wrong but why would you added one of the most iconic thing and decided to make it perform pretty bad in term of protection
