Every single update they find something that worked fine and every time they manage to break it. The performance has been awful with massive fps drops and stutter for a week but they don’t care. Do these updates even get tested before being published?

Stutters occur after an update that impacts graphical bugs due to shaders.
Some games cache shader on launch, War Thunder caches shaders during play.
So for a number of battles you’ll experience stuttering after an update that changes graphical settings until your computer learns the game again.
Just suffer through another 10000 matches after each update it will fix itself trust me

no problem on my side, all in ultra and 0 loss of fps except on certain cards in thermal view there are small drops
