Why are low ter wheeled vehicles So bad but high ter ones feel use able to drive in

Ive always hated how little torque low ter cars and stuff have but its well disgustingly bad it feels like driving a WW1 truck and hardly works the YaG-10 used a Hercules-YXC-B so shouldnt it go faster then a KV-1…Right? well no a KV-1 can overtake it i think its stupid and even worse is the AMD .35 it used a Panhard ISK 4FII bis 2000 rpm and 105 Hp and it feels like it can hardly drive and not break down but top ter wheeled things are good they feel realistic and usable its really annoying i how Gajin fix it soon

Try the ab43

But also ww2 trucks were kinda bad compared to modern ones unsurprisingly

And also the traction nerfs eons ago killed wheeled vehicles (though with enough speed you can still go anywhere)

old vehicle models had more realistic speeds over rough ground.

nowadays every vehicle acts like its over asphalt until theres a hill, then its on ice

I feel like theres a few good ones like the AB43… i think i used in well pasted 5.0

Many of the mid to high tiered wheeled vehicles can’t get even close to their Max Speed off-road.
And since most battles are fought “off-road” …

Gaijin’s physics for ground vehicles is extremely limited, the reason that high tier wheeled vehicle feel alright is higher HP that keep the power/mass ratio within reasonable, something that inter/early war truck are unable to do with engines that barely reach triple digits HP.

If you were there back in the days, the introduction of the AMX-10RC was a sight to behold, and things have not gotten better.
Most people don’t really care for armoured cars, so don’t hold your breath.

The traction nerfs hit wheelies much harder then trackies, but even so there’s a very good reason Gaijin has decided that a GE Puma is worth the investment. It will sell, trust me.
