Why add lun class ekranoplan to war thunder mobile but not the main game?

Idk anything about warthunder mobile, but my theory is that it’s more of a testbed for the main game.

they have alot more stuff that the main game doesnt have and its been like that for long i think

Probably easier to balance in mobile since it’s less ‘realistic’

War Thunder Mobile is a direct port of War Thunder from desktop devices to your pocket. The only difference is the graphics which is uglier.

Mechanics, models and even some maps are completely similar from each versions. I believe that War Thunder Mobile has a team with more freedom of creativity.

Hey. WTM has a current different era of top naval battles and naval development in general. In the PC / Xbox / Mac / Lunix and PS versions, Naval is currently topped by the largest ship designs of the WW2 era. So at this current moment in time, the Ekranoplan wouldnt fit in with this until naval progresses here too.

That’s very much not true. WTM is created from the ground up as a separate game. Retaining that War Thunder feeling, but more suited to mobile. Its not a direct port.
