Why do you think that a tank with 12.7 shell , a LWS/LR, Sztora-1, HE with a fuze, Kontakt 5 that blocks shells of tanks simmilar BR like Leo2a4, M1 Abrams to the front is at 11.0 your answer will be poor mobility, slow traverse of gun turret etc. but that does not really matter . Because T90A overall is not that slow and it is not that slower from other russian tanks … yes it is slower but not that strong. The gun and the shell should change this tank to 11.7 . Great example is T80U it is at 11.7 in game. It has 3BM46 ammo so 532mm of pen , no LWS/LR, no Sztora-1, no HE with a fuze. But of course it is little faster , has better reverse, slightly faster turret traverse in vertical horizontal is the same and a reload 1 sec faster. But those still does not compensate for 12.7 round and a LWS/LR those two things should make it go to 11.7 . and lets not talk about a T72B3 whitch also should go up to 12.0 simmilar reasons 3BM60, it has RELIC ERA, it is much faster aside from reverse soooo ? lets see what you write

Abram have everything except hull armor.

Abrams has simmilar TOP round and has weaker armor even than T90A , does not have LWS/LR and any systems protectings from ATGM’s . Yet it is at 12.0
T90a is the tank we are talking about.
Stop mixing stuff around as the t90a doesn’t get APS.
And it got less turret armor then the abrams. Worse depression and worse acceleration

Im going to play devils advocate for a moment, yes 3BM60 is used on soviet tanks at 12.7. But that doesnt mean its a top tier worthy round. By the same standard L27A1 is found at 12.7 but is actually one of the weakest rounds above 11.3.
Not saying that a lot of soviet MBTs aren’t under BRed, more than a few are. But the round existing at top tier doesnt automatically mean its under BRed. Actually the only MBTs that I think are under BRed due to round are the Abrams, specifically the M1A1 HC, Clickbait and M1A2 which all do actually have 12.7 firepower but are currently at 12.0. M1A1 with the A1 shell probably should be 12.0 as well.

The shell is irrelevant for its BR, there are tanks with better shells at 10.0 like the Sabra (M322) and M60 AMBT (KE-W).
The actually important factors are slow mobility, its loud, barely any depression, slow gun handling, glacial reverse, no survivability.
And its “armour” profile is almost the same as the 10.3 T-72B (1989), exact same kill spots and weak spots.

not similar in any way.
While also being the best 12.0 MBT

Perfect candidate to move up by not one but two BR steps.
Terrible gun handling, poor reload rate, and poor speed is what makes it 11.0.
It’s only got good frontal armor, thermals and a good round.
