Who Do I Speak to About Correcting an Aircrafts handling and flight model?

so before anyone asks i am not using Classified information i wanna get that right out of the way
so After Going through Official Government Channels making FOI Requests and Requests for information who do i speak to at Gaijin about Giving the information to to correct the flight model and speed ect of the Aircraft?
