I’m making a user mission, which ship has the most AA turrets? like something that would fill the sky with leads
Scharnhorst (16x 37 mm, 34x 20 mm), RN Conte di Cavour (31x 20 mm), RN Dulio (19x 37 mm, 16x 20 mm), USS Tennessee (40 Bofors, 37 Oerlikon Mk. II), Kronshtadt (28x 37 mm).

In terms of a mix of quantity and quailty, I’d also throw the USS Des Moines into the ring. It has ample AA and a couple of 3in Proxy cannons. So not only do you have to dodge usual AA, but also Proxy shells.
Also take in account, Raw AA and Quaility of AA. The Japanese, from what I’ve seen, have some of the most barrels in terms of AA. But they don’t fire very fast, for larger calibre guns they have only time fused shells. So you gotta pick what you want specifically. For the most part, the US high tier ships, Alaska, Nevada, Tennessee, and Texas have lots of AA and pretty good qaulity of shells. A part from the Texas, which only gets Timed Fuse.
Don’t forget the USS Texas, 10x Quadmount 40mms, and 44x Singlemount 20mm.
Just throw U.S.S ships in there and IJM ships in a solid mix of bullet hell.

If we are talking about percentages, its low tier coastal - 100% AA guns
I’ve tried the german SF40 light variant, seems like it’s 100% AA too.
