After grinding italy, britain, japan and israel i might just want to go for a nation that suffers the least.
Out of all 4 of the nations ive grinded for a bit. I found that i suffered the least with italy since it was really fun to play. Although i don’t know how italy does upwards from rank 3.
I havent grinded much of the big three nations but i might want to.
At this point i just wanna grind the nation that has the least amount of suffering.
Germany has quite a good ground throughout all ranks. Russia has decent stuff up to top tier where it’s overshadowed by Germany and Sweden
Sweden from what I’ve heard has mixed ok and good stuff until top tier which is all excellent
Germany/Russia.
All other nations have issues with lineups or more overtiered tanks than those two.
Between germany and russia who has the better teams ?
Depends on the BR and what you consider better.
5.0-7.0 German teams are really unintelligent, but I’ve had instances where they win because they just don’t stop spawning until they can’t. However, Germany suffers less from premium noobs at higher BRs when compared to Russia too.
It mostly just comes down to personal preference (for the kind of tanks you like), and what BRs you want to play.
I’d say USA, in every single branch it has the best vehicles, I can’t say to naval since Germany has the meta with the Scharnhorst at the moment.
USA and Germany almost never suffer
US has quite a few POS vehicles like F-4C and F-105D, while Russia has MiG-21’s that can all hold their own, I’d say Russia has the better air tree until top tier where US starts to shine
In this regard of least suffering tech tree I’m taking a overview of everything instead of looking at specific points, that’s why, in my opinion USA stands for the least suffering tech tree, with generally easy accessible weapons and efficient platforms.
Fair, if you do cut out the worse vehicles this is true. But certain vehicles acorss BR’s are noticeably more demanding of the player.
Imo, rank 5-7 have good planes but also some hot garbage. Rank 8 is indisputably good, but on a vehicle to vehicle basis they are beaten out by other stuff (F-15C vs JM, F-15E vs F-15I)
My bad, got way off topic, regarding only ground vehicles I would say Germany at some point, middle tiers they’re mediocre but you’ll find some good vehicles like the DF105 at 8.0 if I’m not wrong, by lower battle ratings you’ll find some solid vehicles, same has to be said to top tier.
Even their middle tier tanks aren’t all that bad, just harder to play than their lower tier stuff from what I’ve heard. WW2 and top tier are definitely the highlights though
Anything with AIM-120B would beat another, I have some issues regarding air realistic battles at top tier.
If only Germany didn’t give up armor to mobility at mid tier, would be excellent from top to bottom.
From rank 3 Italy doesnt do great. They have lots of copy paste American tanks which do fine but most of their domestic stuff is very gimmick-ey and doesnt do amazingly well in the meta even if it can be quite fun (especially stuff like the freccia and R3 T106). If you’re looking for something thats more on meta and easier to play definitely go Russia. Easily the easiest most forgiving nation to play even if their stuff isnt always the absolute best (even tho often it is)

America has vertical guidance, reverse gear, and frontal protection, but the average T80 is crap and doesn’t have all this (I translated it)
Frankly speaking, Italy at rank II is a beast. I do not know why we lost the war… maybe because war thunder wasn’t there…
