The British Tech tree has a Tempest with 2x47mm’s with ap rounds.
As someone who spaded that thing, I highly recommend just not using it seriously (unless you really want the rp rewards for the modification tiers), it’s only good thing is looks and defensive armament. Apart from that it’s a flying nothing burger.
