What do you want done
Remove its HMD and limit its loadout to 6 micas until more comparable planes are added.

This will just make it not good/worth playing as opposed to its current state of too good. I’m not a fan.

Blame france for not putting an HMD on them sooner
Although with the coming update, I fear it’s too late to balance the rafale before the next dose of colossal powercreep
As long as you keep this consistent mindset and don’t swap it around for something else when it becomes inconvenient, like many do.
I’m consistent with it, I’d like balance heavy additions (like HMDs, CM count, missiles, etc) to be kept as realistic as possible, but we can’t have everything
