LWS for abram sep and sep v.2 Why don’t you bring it in?
quick google search says SEP and SEPv2 doesnt have LWS
What about the previous model? Isn’t it ugly to bring it in and take it out? WOW!!!

Not a single production Abrams have LWS in real life, unfortunately, except for the SEPv4 but the program was cancled. So, no, abrams does not have LWS

That is an add-on system that was rejected.
It might’ve been on SEP V4, but that was cancelled.

there was actually a quite recent upgrade package for the m1a2 sepv3 including a few systems from the sepv4 while the m1e3 is in development, LWS included
(edit): i doubt it will be added if the sepv3 is ever added though, since gaijingle bells hates giving the US any upgrade of any vehicle ever (most recent example being the overrated pancake being given .50s instead of 20’s)

I mean the LWS were modeled on the SEPv1 and SEPv2 on the last dev server, but got removed again.
So Gaijin is clearly toying around with the idea of giving the SEPv1/2. However not in the near future.

Either you mean that no US vehicle has LWS - that is incorrect
or that US is only country without LWS on its MBTs - which is also incorrect

It’s the AN/VVR-4, which was purchased in small quantiles (See Contract here), they are the Square looking panels, with sensors imbedded in them that can be seen in the following image.
Other features include the ability to classify a contact into one of three categories; Rangefinder, Designator, or Beam-Rider, and aural warning of contacts.
The VVR series is similar to the airborne AVR-x series of LWS’ installed on rotorcraft such as the AH-1 and AH-64 .

Technically not. Most Helis, A-10C and Merkava 3 have LWS.
But yeah they are missing TT Ground LWS.
