Where is Indian or South African OSA?

Hello @Smin1080p_WT, sorry for the ping, but can you comment on this topic? Will one of the OSAs be added, or are they not considered at all?

Clarification. We never fielded the OSA in South Africa. Though we sure as hell captured a few from the Angola conflict. Same with the T34, T54, T55 and T62. Along with a bunch of other scrap like BRDMs and what not.

Hey. The SA one appears to be a captured unit.

We don’t rule out the possibility of an Indian one in the future perhaps, we have some other plans for British units.

Neat to see, though still puzzling that so many get it and gaijin miss out a pretty obvious ez addition to expand options (the Indian 1 ofc).

Cant wait to see what those other plans are/hope to see the OSA/other Indian stuff in the future.

Oh well, thats kind of sad. It would be a easy addition that would be in line with what is getting added right now. Cant wait for all the “Britain is treated unfairly by Gaijin” when it gets added updates later.

Small update to the above.

We are now currently considering the possibility of an Indian variant of the Osa in a much closer timeframe, however this is very much subject to change.

This will also not impact any currently planned British additions in progress.

Would be a lovely addition tbh, we genuinely need to focus on closing BR gaps in alot of nations tech trees, most people avoid playing spaa so having the ability to spawn more than one capable systems is necessary because in most cases I’ve found you’re facing multiple aircraft alone and once you’re dead your team just gets obliterated.

Ugh, come on, no.

We could be asking for the Tracked Rapier, Cactus SAM or the G6 HVM, but no…

The OSA isnt indian tho

Well, yes but no. And why wont you enjoy it, it will be a filler of a niche that nothing british nor ZA can fill.

It’s indian operated, it isn’t indian.
As to why I won’t enjoy it? If I wanted to use the OSA I would be playing it in the USSR or German tree.

India upgraded the OSA themselfs, but while those changes will mostly not be implemented in the game, it is still a modified OSA.

Ok and people will still like to see and it will fill a niche

If you don’t want to use the OSA then go use it in the German or Russian tree. Stop complaining about nothing. If you really want something new then the ZA OSA was upgraded with the ZA-HVM missile which is a LOT better than the one it has now.
