But isnt precisely this the problem? Russia gets the capability to deal with everyones CAS effectively while everyone else just doesnt. Lacking capabilites is the main driver of bad balancing in this game.

Nope i was saying that the russian winrates that went negative are the ones that get less BMPT. 11.7 went down a lot but russia is still the highest winrate nation at that BR with the 3 most played vehicles at that BR.
yeah, i missunderstood you, btw i am not claiming that the russians doesnt have the best win rate, but that they have gone down a lot from april, and they will probably keep the trend if they implement the dispersion changes on the bmpt

Not really hard to establish that if your two biggest rivals have exactly one MBT in total at 11.7.
A. Since when do only Germany and the US play against russia?

They are out of tanks to add and it takes less effort to copy paste the t90m 5 more times so they can only buff it armor. Since its all public except relikt they can only magically inflate its values. Russian top tier mbts are trash save for the bvm which is decent at best. Out of all the overinflated ruslop in top tier you can complain about, mbts are not one

Those two are main rivals that should have a lot of players in their ranks, thus populating large chunks of lobbies. It’s fairly easy for USSR to win there considering US/GER barely have anything there, while most popular non-USSR vehicles are premiums from minor nations.
From 11.0 to 11.7, USSR has 7 vehicles in top 10 most played vehicles in May.
Other 3 vehicles in there are two premiums and PUMA, while 11th and 12th place are also occupied by premiums.
So, if you aren’t teamed up with USSR in that BR range, there’s a very high chance you’ll end up with a bunch premium ODLs paired with US/GER non-existent lineups. Looks like a great way to win games, doesn’t it ?
They probably go to 12.0 or 12.7 to get curb stomped, who knows.
