Where are the BR changes for mid and lower ranks?

After 5 months Gaijin finally bring new and very neceseray BR changes, the problem is these changes are mostly focused in high tiers and with a very small exception in mid/low ranks.
Today they updated BR changes topic and said that:

Cool right?? but after check the updated table surprise, they dont added any change between 1.0 to 8.0 , they just ignored every non related to top tier so looks like we need wait another 5 months or more for more than necesery BR chages for rank 1,2,3, 4 and 5.
looks like players between rank 1 and 5 are second class players for Gaijin.

It common practice with decompression, it comes in waves, starting from the top. Aside of that I dont think there are any burning needs for lower tiers atm.

F8F-1 (why is it going to 4.7 anyway), B-29A, Me262A-1/U-4 were all changed.

What??? top tier outside USA all nations looks pretty balanced meanwhile in mid lower ranks we have a lot of unbalanced BRs so is just the opposite but “70 euros premiun zone need more attetion”.
