Where are my shells, galjin?!

I’m playing navy and my 76mm and 85mm shells just disappear! I shoot, I see the tracer hits exactly into the body of the III… THAT’s IT! There is no explosion, no damage, not even a hit, and by the way, 800 grams of TNT, for which the enemy casually shoots and hits. What a business! How many times have I seen this already
