I am personally of the opinion that top tier is unbalancable until everything has been added but yeah I still agree with you. Gaijin should choose a more proactive approach when it comes to planes that outperform their BR outside of the regular BR changes.
The difference with the Swiss one is nowhere near enough for a 0.3 BR difference lol.
I do think that before moving the F18 up, most 13.0 that have a similar gameplay but are 10 times better (SU27, SU33, F2A ADTW for example) and any competitive Fox 3 slinger should go up as well. For SU30MK, it can up already since it’s pretty similar to most 13.7.
