Its the documentation and presentation to the presented kf51 mostly.
Your statement about the purely steel is still wrong as well. Since it talks about finished KF51s as well and it only says mostly.
Your statement is just as wrong as mine if anything and you cant proof your claims that the add on armor which is mentioned is not installed.

The only thing not installed on the kf51 is the aps

U might be zalking about the K51U , that ones purely mock up.
But the kf51 is a fully functional tank
