When will infatry for every one

Not quite “in the bin” because it will be released but as I said probably early or mid - 2027

They didn’t ask for my feedback on AI vs humans… despite being a tester. Well what do you do? The people want the same game as all other games under Gaijin I guess.

I mean it’s better than to have AI squads, I am not a tester myself but I saw videos online and I think human squads are better

they asked via do you have any additional notes to add

Asked via what? Yes I would keep the system that was in place during the first test. I thought it was extremely fun to order around my dumb little AI bots and then take over their body for constant action. I think the direction they were headed there was the right one vs ultra massive scale human battles unless there is epic demand for the game mode and matchmaking is constant but I still feel like it’s too much of a clone of all the other large scale FPS games where the first idea was unique. I love unique.

Depends which summer… Summer for northern hemisphere is coming to a close in a month or 3, where-as summer for southern hemisphere is still to come.

in the feedback survey it asked do you have any additional notes and people also came to the forums

it easily could have been better than WOWs cause WOWS has horrible balacning tho its a bit better than warthunders as you dont have refited dreadnoughts from 1910s against things like USS southdakota a modern fast battle ship

I couldn’t agree more, but if they don’t make it better I do not think most ship game players are going to leave WOW. I mean I only play WT, but if I wanted to play ships I would literally go play WOW and that sucks I agree.

I didnt like the ai squad in enlisted and i would rather not have it here.

I like to flank and be sneaky. Hard to do that when the ai decides it wants to get the enemy tank’s attention.

I guess I didn’t have that issue because I was directing my AI but it also could have been map dependent.

That is the the thing.

Only way to prevent it is to micromanage the ai. I want to go for cap points and cut off enemies. I dont want to babysit like 4 ai.

Forces people to work together instead of running off. Though I do hope they take ideas from enlisted like different classes like partisan, anti-tank, medic, engineer, rifle man, cavalry, .etc. There could also be infantry only vehicles like armored bulldozer / engineer vehicles.

WarThunder has better models and in theory a 1910 dreadnought can still damage a late war fast battleship in theory. Old battleship guns where used as shore defense because they could bring pain this was one issue with the invasion of Japan as Japan had a lot of shore batteries around the nations beaches for landings. These guns could not be easily silenced and would be a issue for troops and near by ships. 11 and 12 inch guns still a painful experience for any near by ship and gun duals are a bit of a luck thing at times.

a sherman 75MM can damage a TIGER 2 in the side if its point blank does that make it fair no

these 11 IN and 12 INCH guns are from very long ago and usually have around 500MM of pen give or take

the average interwar battlship has around 400MM of internal armor based of USS tenessee now if you go at any distance the critical blow you need to hit like ammo crew anything in the citadel is impossible as PEN drops with range

which is why old decrpeited ships like kongo are buns and should not face modern battleships like SOUTH DAKOTA or NORTH CAROLINA

They should also stop with the limited spawns of each loadout.

There would be no point in having an anti-tank class if you lose it after like 2 deaths.

Do what I often did, set the AI in a safe location and have them cover each other. Ideally once it is safe just move them up with you one time to another safe spot. As you die you then respawn where you placed your “team”. I’ve used them to uncover human snipers as well. Not knowing which player is the big threat is fun, it could be a meh AI or it could be a very good human player and you have to account for that. The better human players would just use their AI carefully. If it must be humans I don’t see 64v64 possibly working and the servers having a playable tick rate/also damaging other servers playing other game modes on the same cluster. If they didn’t run those battles on shared systems it might not matter, but during the 2nd test those of us playing normal mode got pounded with packet loss and lag. Map scale should be fine for 32v32 anyhow.
