Especially at such a low BR, you have nothing stopping you from getting all WW-2 relevant (domestic producing) nations to rank 4 to unlock all tanks and fighters within a few months’ at best.
And on top of it, the usual argument kind of fails given the overall very competitive vehicles and variety germany already has access to at WW2 brackets.
If you wish for more german vehicles, advocate for the local modifications for certain tanks and experimental aircraft designs and modifications - like the Bf109 Z is an excellent (re)addition.

IF german needs to get more captured vehicles, and if we just ignore the C&P and IFF problem for just arguing’s sake.
I am sure there are other nations which need to be prioritised to grab their ‘captured vehicles’ more than the biggest 3 nations. (USA/USSR/GER)

Imho the game is already ruined - so as long as gaijin thinks they earn even more money they will add anything - whatever it takes.
If we have a common understanding that the underlying reasons for having the same tanks (like Shermans) or aircraft (like the P-51 Cs) amongst multiple nations is to create business opportunities for gaijin (direct or indirect) whilst keeping their BRs low if played by a big 3 nation like the US the question addressed by the OP looks quite reasonable.
The main reason why you don’t see undertiered props (exception captured Yak-1B, 109 F-2 and Ta 152 H-1 - the 288 is no decisive aircraft) in the German TT is that US & USSR pilots are even worse (lack of experience and subsequent applicable skill) than the German tankers/pilots and thx to the iconic German tanks they will get researched (or bought if premium) in any case - no matter how they perform.
Regarding the “Messerspit”: The inverted DB engine is totally ruining the appearance of the Spitfire air frame - looks even worse than the Buchons (Spanish 109s with Merlin engines).
I sincerely hope soon enough, there are alot of cool weaponry that Germany could recieve from captured equipment. Although I think Germany has the largest amount of captured vehicles.
I expect at some point other nations get their fair share of the cake aswell, however most of them don’t present a improvement or any major changes far from what I know.
The IS-2 (1943) numbered ‘506’ by Germans, captured and used to studies only, far from what I know it never returned to the front.
This vehicle is in form of a user-generated content camouflage for the IS-2 “Kummersdorf firing range” which I doubt would ever come to Germany tech tree.
Although I don’t play sim, I think unless a vehicle is modified to the point of looking very different (like the lvt with a zis gun), I agree captured vehicles shouldn’t be allowed in sim battles.

Forget about the Stug IV for a second & ask gaijin where the hell is a proper (non-early rarity) example of the StuG III G (& StuH 42 & Brummbär) for the Germans & Finnish?:
Higher obviously because the engine is German (gaijin logic) or the DB engine noticably improved the performance of the aircraft (actual logic)
Honestly this shouldn’t be up for debate, the answer should be clear: No! Germany should be getting more German Vehicles in the TT, not some vehicles they captured that will cost $25, Gaijin gas plenty of German vehicles to add; the rest of the Marder series, More Recon Cars, some Panzer IV and Panzer II models, hell, I’d take the Panzer I instead of another premium captured vehicle! The point is Germany doesn’t need all of these copy and paste vehicles when they have plenty of vehicles that aren’t in the game yet, I mean in the amount of time Gaijin gave pretty much every damn nation the stupid M44, Germany could have gotten its Hummel, but Nope! We had to get some Vehicles that in every other tech tree, but at gaijin put it in a folder so I don’t have to research it, but still give Germany German vehicles! Not vehicle that found and said “mein”.
