When new game mode?

Tired of games like this team deathmatch/battle royale crap.
When new gamemode where teams are always filled and therefore better balanced on both sides?

When they brought in Break mode, people didn’t understand it and would complain to no end about how bad it was.

When they had that ‘Advance’ gamemode, where you attacked and defended, I don’t think there was actually that much feedback given about it, where there should’ve been a lot more.

From there you get the added maps, where instantly people cry to remove it from rotation, without any revising of the map.

It’s very unfortunate that people knee-jerk ‘nope’ the crap out of the dev team at various stages.

Unfortunately I didn’t have a chance to play them. However, there will always be people complaining about something new.
I wish devs took this into consideration and ran longer tests to observe how changes are adopted and adjust if needed, instead of scrapping everything quickly and returning to the defaults.

My problems with the air maps they add is they are actually all the exact same with different colored dirt. Like I’m not going to say thank you for a changing the ground color and giving it a new name.

Us air players want maps with terrain to use, flanks to be given, and objectives to be played.
That being said my favorite maps are Spain, city, mysterious valley (when the clouds aren’t 0 meters high) and Afghanistan. All the other maps are the exact same to me for the most part.

Pyrenees is pretty good too, but it’s a shame that it, Mysterious valley, Rocky pillars, and city don’t have sim variants, so their true potential is hampered by air RBs poor design.

And vice versa. It’s like this every third game, very rare to get both teams to play on the same level with the same amount of players on both sides.

Post here your screenshots of such matches to keep this topic visible. Maybe then we will get some attention and hopefully reply from the other side.

Yea, Break was an awesome mode… Teams had to choose whether to push the enemy or camp the home point.

When you google it, the main image of it doesn’t do it justice.

That ww2 Novorossiysk event? That one plays quite the same as normal matches but more pressurized? for short of players on defenders and the driving and river side snipes on attackers

They should just make Operations from BF1 (or Grand Operations from BFV).

Yea, that was Advance or something I’m sure.

It was cool, but I got held back a few times when I’d be behind my players spawn with the tiger and it’d take a heap to get back to the front.

I think it was cool, and to be honest, if it were worked on a bit, it could form a longer form mission.
