Please help me it gives me ox13a in the last time my laptop gets unusually hot and crashes with ox13a more and more often i am pretty poor and need the maus

do you use the laptop at a desk with a hard surface or does it sit on a soft surface when you use it?
So you mean just shutdown? also the laptop is from 2024 i cleaned the fans in june and i use my laptop on a hard surface
Your laptop needs to be, lifted to let the fans breath. Your suffocating it
Its on a kind of plattform out of medal with little circles inside so it can breathe so it cant be that
What are the specificatioons of the laptop then because it sounds like it shouldnt be overheating on its own
