More and more nations are getting their top tier IFVs in the BR 11.0 -12.0 range. Germany has the Puma vjtf, USA has HSVT-L, Italy has KF-41, Sweden has CV-90 mk IV, Israel has Merkiva and France will soon get EBRC Jaguar.
When will Russia get something like the Kurgunets-25 or T-15 Armata
They already have one with the BMP-2M
HSTV-L is not an IFV. All of those listed IFVs are also within 1.0 br of the BMD-2M. Having those vehicles would be nice, but they are more modern than what is currently being added (with the exception of the EBRC)
its not top tier and it got no armor at all compare to the puma and kf41

Puma and KF41 don’t have any armor either, they are super easy to kill.

Soon but as too soon, these two you listed are way too ahead of what the game balance can handle, on top of that proper armor should be implemented for other’s vehicle missing it as people pointed out about KF41; Kurganets-25 is heavily armored for an IFV, specially Russian one, and T-15 is out of scope, not now and likely not soon, however, I think that more BMDs could be added, specially BMD-2 variants and the BMD-3, also as @racimazzedine, BMP-T could be a nice addition, would be fun to spray people with dual 2A42 cannons.
Use the same shell on all of them. This shows the difference in round AND armor. They are still easy to kill

I don’t need you to show me any because I can do it myself. My point is that 90% of the time you get shot, it will go through you in any of the vehicles that you listed
Schützenpanzer PUMA is the most armored IFV in-game, I don’t understand these questions, while some do certainly lack armor but I can’t back these claims, saying it doesn’t have armor while others have even less is a very bold argument to justify your point.

If BMPT has accurate dispersion when using both barrels, probably won’t be as solid as people expect. Especially with one barrel being for HE and the other for AP/APDS. (At least that’s what I have been told before). But the dispersion in full auto will be horrible with the barrel whip problem that hits the BMPT.
Kurganets, BMP-3 Manul and some others are more likely. T-15 to me should come with T-14 as a combo to focus an update around.
Namer seems to be lacking armor, mixing the composite materials and modules inside, Schützenpanzer PUMA still has more armor, due to the more compacted design, it can still hold frontally some shots, specially from lower caliber, as destroyed modules doesn’t stop spall, it’s a moment thing that makes all the engine-front design pointless.
