As per War Thunder previous events shown, I believe they will only show up again around middle december, along with the Winter events.
There is so much happening this year in War Thudner calendar, but after the recen failed Battle Passes and recent bad seleciton of Store packages, I believe they migh plan something big for this W.I.N.T.E.R. quest. Maybe slightly larger event.
