eh, it’s more that netcode technology can’t really account for it, I mean already we have issues where bad ping makes Starstreaks hard to use. Really they just need to give it Martlets and call it a day

I just started using falcon and warrior to spade them.
The mk5 and nk3 chieftain with. The vickers mk3 is s brilliant combination
Then 2 cas planes.
That middle upper area of britain is pretty damn nice tbh
Yeah it is really good.
Only complaint is how sluggish some of their tanks are. Like, the Chieftain Mk.10 is good at 9.0, but it is captain slow. Slow to accelerate, reverse speed half as slow as Object279. Still great in a hull-down spot, however. Vickers Mk.3 (Vickers Mk.7 at 10.7 is also really nice) at least moves along nicely. Still, Falcon is the one I keep coming back to.

Love how IRL the 279 could barely move itself due to how the track system operated and low torque i believe to each track .
Meanwhile chieftain IRL could maintain a stready pace off road to keep up with leopard.
I’m thinking of a simple solution. When locking onto a target, the launcher would advance to that target, like the mark you would when locking onto an aircraft with radar, but instead of a mark on the sight, it would be the launcher, so that when firing, the missile would hit.
Shouldn’t take you long to spade the falcon, I have to make an effort to not use it now that I am spading the warrior as well, I would never end up playing the warrior :)

APDS, Solid shot and HESH is what’s wrong with British tanks.
The fact that 90% of your ammo does less damage than a 76mm WW2 gun is one of Britain’s major problems.
Even now 120mm APDS from Chieftain causes limited spalling but a dart from a 2S38 and your tank explodes.
Gaijin seem to think APDS because it’s small does no spalling but darts do more even though they are smaller…

the only issue L15a3 has is that its 0m penetration is what it really has at 1km
its a massive slug that abolishes whatever it hits.

It doesn’t always and against the IFV cancer it is unreliable.
And HESH the backup round for light targets bounces off BMPs sloped front plate.
Yea i dont use HESH, its non functional in game. I just smack everything with an APDS and if it somehow didnt die from the first shell its crippled so hard it wont shoot back for the second killing blow
HESH is just a massive disappointment and I wish Gaijin would fix it.
I like you man but that is just categorically wrong.
The chieftains issues are in the fact its reload is extended, they only have access to L15A3 and not the A5 which should be better not copied of A3 and the fact it’s 0 meters pen should be its 1000 meters pen.
Works for me but I am a total pellet using it.
For example using the Khalid chieftain at top tier bonking folks with hesh.

The round should work regardless, it’s gaijins terrible modelling of it that makes it unreliable
