No matter how stupid overpowered some vehicles might be there are still people who try to downplay its effectives just to try to stomp teams even more. How is it that people just keep on pretending some things are fine the way that they are. I recentrly made a post about how cracked the bmp3 is at 9.0 and 90% of the comments inclued “its not that op bro just trust” , “its just good enough bro you just suck” I know this is more of a rant than anything but what the hell is wrong with these people

That needs to be looked at case to case basis. Because there also people that will paint perfectly normally performing vehicle as some OP monster that needs to go up and their argument 90% of time boils down to whats essentially “well it killed me last battle so”.

lets see, its a video game and people like to blow each other up to see numbers with a positive K/D so they have internet bragging rights.
What is more surprising is the people who feel the need to complain about how much they dislike this or that and the player base itself but still feel the need to keep playing the game.

Soviets get op ground but suffer alot in air for the same reason. The f16 is overperforming unlike anything else. Its like old f5 all over again. Yet people still act like Its the others who suck ass at the game and thats why the f16 is clearing everything in a dogfight

soviets really get some bullshit ass vehicles but its definetly not exclusive to ussr. Every nation has atleast one bullshit vehicle. The issue is that ussr is one of if not the most popular nation so the stats just cancel eachother out between the good and the bad players. I am gonna be honest the playerbase is the reason this game is unbalanced. The balancing depending on player performance wouldnt be an issue if half the playerbase didnt suck ass :)

Soviets are not OP on the ground. With SPAAs, yes, they have the best SPAAs of their BRs. ZSUs with the radars are amazing, the Tunguska and Strelas are great, Pantsir is the best SPAA of top tier. However, their tanks are eh.

All major nations have loads of crappy players, so the overperforming vehicles would stand out regardless.
A big thing is people calling a vehicle OP without ever giving it a try, using it for at least 1-2 weeks spaded and with the basic skill floor reached for that vehicle. Or the inverse - america mains complaining 0.50 cal sucks and they’ve never flown any other nation for comparison.
Obviously much harder in high tier ground than prop tier RB/SB/AB, but it makes a big difference for the legitimacy of claims whether something is OP is not.
In summary, “Have you used it?” “If yes, how does your performance using it compare to other vehicles you use that are similar playstyle?”
There’s a big issue with premiums there (you cannot test them and see if they’re indeed broken), which is why I prefer premiums like Tada’s Ki-61 and the Brutush corsair/hellcat/Mustang, french yak and so forth - they’re tech tree planes that behave as their TT variant would but with better economy.

well I think my main issue here is the fact that I dont have the bmp3. I completly agree that you should take my opinions about it with more than a grain of salt but I think my points still make sense. 9.0-8.0 is already fucked uptier-downtier wise. Bmp3 is outright better than any other vehicle of its kind. It even beats out some of the atgm carriers. So it makes no sense to me that it should be 9.0 whereas the 9030fin is 9.3
