The AP especially solid uncapped AP is just mighty cannonball with less rounded shape, the angle pen is worse than APC and the flat pen is worse than APBC, those two still have purpose even APCR still have purpose despite abysmal damage, Ah i know why gaijin decided to keep the uncapped it’s forcing people to GE themselves to unlock better round…

No, already played since 2018-19, but never touch any solid uncapped AP, yeah I’m APHE and any AP except for uncapped AP, never know how worse that round is until recently i snap and decided to play with some of the tank that use uncapped AP as their stock shell, low tier uncapped AP is fine but the higher you are the worse you can get, it always get eaten by random piece of geometri on any tank, APBC do sometimes but uncapped AP is always disappointing, shot to the breach on panther F only turn it yellow, keep it mind i shot it from the side, it’s better to just give APC or APBC or just straight APCR like PT-76B, I have better experience with APCR than solid uncapped AP the glorious cannonball with oval shape…

There’s no reason to remove rounds from the game.
And I’ve never GE’d ammo… the stock rounds are easily good enough.
Based on my experience, yeah some tank are still pack a punch with stock round but other tanks lots of it are playable but suffer from the stock shell until they unlock better round, some even getting better round at modification 4 and will suffer the stock round until you unlock that modification 4 and grind the new round.
