For a couple of days now, the AGM-65G has stopped doing any damage at all. Yesterday, I didn’t make a single kill out of many sorties, today the missiles just hit the tank without doing any damage at all. Is this a new nerf to the Mavericks?

It’s so cool to play when you don’t have CAS but the enemy has super CAS that burns out your entire team.

That’s the CAS problem, if there is no CAS then no problem bro
CAS is like covid 19, who needs ̶s̶p̶a̶a̶ vaccine when there is no virus lol

But this is an imbalance when one side has improved CAS and the other does not, because of this your team will constantly lose.

That thing weighs half a ton and having over a hundred kg of explosive, it is so stupid that it doesn’t even have to hit you directly to kill you. MF you can pop smoke to throw off the lock, still it manage to kill you. Remember that shooting at the top mounted mg with a puny 155mm artillery shell with only 9kg explosive enough to reliably cause overpressure lol

When people talk to me about the balance in the game War Thunder, I take it as a joke. The game turns into some kind of demonstration of the power of Soviet technology.

Well… at least, when we don’t wanna get AGM’d, we know we have a place to go to, as opposed to everybody get AGM’d and suck it up whether they liked it of not lol

It’s 40kg of PBXN aka 50kg of TNT. This blows up any structure in a direct hit… It can even penetrate through a few layers for better detonation…
Think about BR 8.0-11.0 before using “CAS problem”.

Common problem for all agm65g carriers. You can cure it by swapping to more balanced su30/34/25 with kh38mt, yes yes
the maverick G isn’t going to do much damage since it is a SAP war head. The missile has to hit armored parts that are 122 mm <. Otherwise its a 50 kg tnt warhead. Which I agree should do more damage since it has 3 x the explosive mass of a AS.20 nord.
Finally CAS nerf
Had one of these. Shot 2 AGMs and the first one hit the track (only one). The second was ground-hungry and went to the ground although the tank didn’t pop smoke or similar. From that day, I started spamming 4 spikes to each russian tank.
