ZK355 isn’t an IPA aircraft and the photo was from back in 2024.
Here she is from this year couple weeks ago mounting APKWS.

According to the JEES, under researchers from LIG Nex1 and the ADD, it operates with ±70.°
Regarding the FM, there are some forms of chart that exist, but they are kept purposely empty of any figures for confidentiality reasons. Though you can extrapolate from the curves how it performs. Even still, they mostly predate formal wind testing, and should be considered irrelevant to the capabilities of the prototype batch and production models.
