It is disscount time again and am wondering what premium i should buy do i wait until the packs go on sale or do i buy The T-80UD? i dont think i would like the 2s38 tbh. anyways am pretty close to getting the BMP-2 so thats not gonna be a problem.
T-80UD best pick, if you want something else along with the T-80UD, get 2S38, is more versatile than having another MBT in the lineup capable only to deal with ground targets,
I think it’s obvious but don’t pre-buy BMP-2M. Surely is a good vehicle, not in my eyes tho, but it should be fun against light armored vehicles, MBTs with the 9M133 spam and helicopters and aircraft at short distances.

Imho, I think having all 3 10.3 premiums is better than single 11.3. More efficient for grinding SLs.

I think easily the turns-t. 2nd gen thermals, bit better gun depression, frontal armor is great it’s just slow as balls till it gets up to speed.
Frontal armor is pretty bad actually, only about as good as a T-72A. Weaker than Abrams LFP
T-72B (1989) is same BR and the only difference is the bad optics and lack of thermals but significantly better armor.
T-80UD is a better choice with better armor, better mobility, better reload, better optics, same round. It also lacks thermals but the better optics make up for it IMO
from my personal expiriance T-80UD is beast. If its your first premium in rank 7 USSR buy T-80UD…but grind will be pure hell since to grind efficiently you need a line up at that rank.

For premiums my vote goes turmsT.
The thermals make it a cut above the rest alone. It’s more versatile this way and puts less reliance on mk.2 eyeballs at distance.
tbh i am not good at ground like at all. But i still wanna grind. I mean for example look at my F-15’s K/D
Eh I would recommend just buying a great premium like M4A2 (72) w, and using that till you research 6.7 ish then maybe buy an 8.0/9.0
t80ue is arguably 3rd best russian mbt in the game after t90m and t80bvm, its basically a upgraded t80u, and its a vehicle that will always be viable in a top tier lineup even if u were to finish the tree
2s38 is also nice but not mandatory
