yes top soviet tank, i guess is because of the events.
Because USSR currently has a completely fleshed out top tier (premium) lineup, so it has the most players hence you gotta wait
It is the time it takes to populate a game, and depends upon factors like the number of players looking for a game in each server, the BR’s of the vehicles involved, and whether you have your left pinky finger at the correct angle to the Dog Star’s direction of movement.

it depends on what server Asian servers take too long and it is very day and night dependent, so choose the North American Servers and Europe.

It is just if you play 13.0 soviets , there are so many players using su30/34 in lineup compared to rafale and ef players so it takes so long.
Dropping in 12.7 soviets and you are in game on notime.
Also if you play soviets top tier and have friends using other nations mixed like sweden and usa it makes queue time even more longer
