The energy of the incoming airplane and Missiles is to great. The amount of G´s it would have to pull if you are at you best speed would to much in combination of chaff or flares. A barrel roll that is timed with the impact point would be your best option and prey that the blast radius will not get you. You would have to count the seconds and calculate in your head from launch warning time and enemy range when the time is to do a barrel roll.
You cant out run the 120 at this range and Hight.
Terrain maybe can help you but you are in desperately bad position and if your low on energy you have to simply accept your fate or you start shooting your guns and hope you hit the 120 before it hits you.
Some times you cant do much.
