Russia just has, once again, just outplayed all of the other world wide military industry and made breeches out of a secret material that no one else managed to find out how to create while the germans accidentaly made them out of something that spalled so much that getting hit there just evaporated everything inside the turret. Leo2 designers just dumb for doing that.
Or something like that, idk. But russia top tier needs all the buffs they can get judging from their winrates.
