Thats the whole reason games are so bland and boring these days, they are all catered to as broad an audience possible instead of being unique and interesting.
Because profit is more important than artistic integrity.

I get what you’re saying but I’m not sure how it really relates to my comment. Just because things appeal to a wide audience, doesn’t necessarily mean they’re bland, and it also doesn’t mean they aren’t fun.
Lately it seems like growing portion of the forum is determined to be unhappy regardless of what the players or the developers are doing. It’s not obvious that OP is actually complaining as much as making an observation that small maps render certain upgrades and features useless. Really it’s the people commenting that are having serious feelings about the map and the game.
I like the map above, despite the small size I think the terrain offers a unique set of circumstances that encourage slightly different play. I also think the lack of buildings for cover gives low profile tanks a chance to shine hiding in the terrain, however they also need to deal with lack of gun depression that comes with being a flat boi.
This kind of map forces use certain type of vehicles while making several others borderline unplayable.
Tanks and tank destroyers with firepower and frontal arc protection are prefered over light tanks and lightly armored tank destroyers and light tanks.
Small size of map doesnt allow for flanking nor sniping.
SPAAs cant effectively set up.
Playing CAS on these maps feels like shooting fish in a barrel.
Its overall dogwater design.
And with how lineups and spawning tanks works in warthunder, this map does not allow fun in a way CoD Shipment or Rust maps allow - just mindless carnage and free for all.
