Send all the spike carriers up i dont care we dont need stuff going down when we just attempted to decomp the 10.x area, Italy is the biggest offender here with the Lynx being the only balanced spike carrier
They placed high because of fnf missiles, removed it then they are 10.0 or 10.3 material at best. I don’t know why people likes to downplay Spikes, they are some of the most effective missile in that br because you can kill unreachable hull down campers without effort, I have a lot of deaths by Spikes early in the match when I was getting into power positions. Sure the damage is rng but I’ve often got OHKO by them when reversing back to cover and that is something taking little to no skill to execute.
A lot of light tanks overtiered by 0.3 - 0.7 br relative to their real battle efficiency because they have recon and recon boost average points per match.
Very RNG damage, low ammo count, easy to evade if the enemy see the launch.
Shooting 4 of them at 1 target and failing to kill it is problematic. And people that aren’t sleeping can also see the launch, pop smoke, and evade your spike that way. Also inability to kill an immobilized target hidden in smoke.
That’s true, the drones just sniff out hidden targets which break stealth, until recently some light tanks and mbts could track air units and destroy with HE-VT, and drone’s survivability goes down further at higher br as anti-air units become more effective. Even though I do not own the VT5 I definitely thinks it is overtiered.
I just need Gaijin to either tell me how it weighs 64 tons whilst the other IFVs weigh 50 tons and “fix” the ammo racking, as even miniguns can do it. The BR compared to the BMPT is certainly not placed correctly, but it’s just that the BMPT started and still is on the wrong BR.

Atm, where lowest spike launcher is 10.7 , facing 9.7-11.7 helos cant do a damn on those.
Another giving it a td label, would just give em ammo box, and 8-20 F&F missiles on those BR ranges, just nope. Spikes are not quaranteed kill in any mean, but those are annoying as h****
And another, just think about terminator, being moved up and in worst case labeled as “light” tank, and giving it scouting ability… mmm, just no.
The Magach Hydra gets an ammo box. It’s not exclusive to TDs.
But sure, let’s pretend the Freccias aren’t 10.7 with well over double the Namer’s SPIKE count while not overpowering the matchmaker.

I genuinely have to think it’s copium at this point. SPIKE launchers are always sitting in long lines of site because they can’t engage you close up. Just watch the horizon. I haven’t even died to spikes more than 10 times overall because simple awareness makes them useless.

Do not put words in my mouth. I am against the Namer being lower than 11.3. It needs an ammo box, several bug fixes, and logical buffs based on what we actually know about it, not a BR change.
Doesn’t matter how many there are. Gaijin has never stated TDs are for Tank Destroyers and SPAA exclusively and has shown that others can receive them when needed. The Namer is currently forced to hug capture points just to compete, which isn’t healthy gameplay for the most protected armored vehicle in service.
Yeah, cos everytime spike is coming, is like every f&f ammunition, they never shoot moving targets, and smoke is solution on everythig. And yes, plenty of times spike has come trough smoke, its nothing new.

Sure about that? They told it on release, its for aa’s, td’s and missile carriers. Why magah got it, beats me, since it is none of those.
Spikes, although bothersome are easy to evade (with smoke) and they’re not performing as they technically should. Moreover, if you peek your entire enough for it to give a heat signature you should know you might get spiked the same way you can get shot from a tank.
Spike has IOG. You gotta change your direction or it’ll just predict where you should be.
You and I both know other helicopters are few and far between. Even then, I really don’t care. Helicopters shouldn’t be popping up and down from behind hills, completely untouchable by any SPAA.

Let’s put this into a more common example. Light Tanks have scouting, as Gaijin states. They don’t mention the plethora of TD’s that get scouting. Take the M56 or Wiesel 1A2. They also don’t mention that many SPAA have scouting.
You’re mistaking ending a list because it’s niche information with “these vehicles only get it”.
I have the M26 T99 it’s also getting the ammo box for the rockets, but Jesus Christ it’s loading the rocket one by one, unlike the Hydra it’s fully replenished in one shot.
Hydra used to be the exact same. It got the fix when the SPAA got their belts back all at once.
Mostly issue on top tier f&f helos, hellfires example are slow and need quidance.
Nope, it got only IR without IOG , it should actually make same mess for seeker as laser quided on smoke (least it is not in stat card.)
And personally, I would rather give puma and namer 2x extra spikes , not ammo box.
Somekinda funny that freccia can carry 10x spikes and puma and namer just 4.

And also, labeling 1a4 as spaa is something intresting, but that is all other topic, but least it is cheaper to spawn
